From original concept and inception in January 2006 through to the final 29th issue of the original Territory Q, Jo Starling was lead designer. The Northern Territory Government ceased publication in September 2013 after 29 highly successful quarterly issues PLUS two international editions published in four languages. The title has since been registered by a private sector design company. Jo Starling is no longer involved.
